How long after placing an order will I receive the goods?

Orders will be shipped within approximately 1-2 business days after placement. The following shipping times will be calculated separately.

  • Overseas shipping: Please refer to the shipping time provided in the order confirmation email.
When will I receive a refund if my order is cancelled and has not yet been shipped?

If you have completed the self-service cancellation or filled out the form to submit your order cancellation request, you will receive a cancellation notification email, which means your application was successful. We will process the refund within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to the operation of each bank).

Can I change the payment method?

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need to change the payment method, please cancel the order and reorder the goods.

How can I check my order history?

Members who have completed registration and placed an order can view their orders and records at any time after logging in.

Is it mandatory to log in or become a member to make a purchase?

To provide a more convenient shopping experience, orders can be placed without logging in or registering as a member. However, to check the order status, you still need to log in to your member account to view the relevant information.

How do I edit my member information?

To modify your member information (name, phone number), please log in to the member area and click "Edit".

What should I do if I forget my password?

Please click on the "Forgot Password" button next to the member login button to reset your password. You can then log in with new information.
