4. Shopping Guidelines and Contract Formation

After you complete checkout, our system will send an order confirmation email; this email is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a sales contract. "So Style" reserves the right to ultimately accept or reject orders.
• Price Note: If there is a system error in pricing or stock shortage, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund even if the order has been marked as successful.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

• Cooling-off period policy: According to the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to a seven-day cooling-off period after the goods arrive (not a trial period).

• Exception: Customized products are specially made and are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return Policy: Items must be brand new and in their original packaging (including accessories and invoice). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged, worn, or scratched due to human error.
